VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF KENYA EMBASSY
1. BUSINESS VISA
A. Passport
***Please make sure the passport is valid for at least 6 months and has no less than 3 blank visa pages.
B. A two-inch color photo
C. Filled application form in print
D. Invitation letter from Inviter and the Inviter’s business license (copy form)
E. Dispatching Letter from the work unit and its business license (copy form)
F. Return tickets itinerary
G. All the above materials shall be submitted as a package and shall be in English.
2. TOURISM VISA
A. A. Passport
***Please make sure the passport is valid for at least 6 months and has no less than 3 blank visa pages.
B. A two-inch color photo
C. Employment Certificate
D. Note Verbale from the travel agency
E. Children under 16 shall apply visa with parent and provide kinship certificate and letter from the other parent, elaborating that the children will be travelling with parents, who shall be responsible for the security and relevant costs during the trip.
F. Invitation letter from Inviter and the Inviter’s business license (copy form)
G. Return tickets itinerary
H. All the above materials shall be in English.
3. VISITOR VISA
A. Passport
***Please make sure the passport is valid for at least 6 months and has no less than 3 blank visa pages.
B. A two-inch color photo
C. Invitation Letter and valid visa of the relative who legally resides in Kenya
D. Employment letter issued by the company the relative works for and the company’s business license copy
E. Kinship Certificate
F. Return tickets itinerary
G. All the above materials shall be in English.
VISA FEE
1. Entry Visa RMB380
2. Transit Visa RMB160
3. Visas of holders of Service and Diplomatic passports will be issued free of charge.
VISA TIME
Visa submission time: 10.00-12.00hrs Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Visa collection time: 10.00-12.00hrs Tuesday, Thursday
Visa transaction period: 5 to 7 working days
Remarks:
1. Holders of ordinary passports shall come in person to submit the application materials
2. Service or diplomatic passports shall be submitted by the work unit and a note verbale from the work unit shall be issued

肯尼亚驻华大使馆签证申请须知
（一）商务签证
1.护照（有效期至少为六个月，签证空白页面不少于三页）
2.两寸彩色照片一张
3.填写好签证申请表，字迹必须清晰，工整
4.邀请函及邀请方营业执照复印件
5.单位派遣函及公司营业执照复印件
6.定期往返机票
7.所需资料必须同时递交,所有资料要求为英文
（二）旅游签证
1.护照（有效期至少为六个月，签证空白页面不少于三页）
2.两寸彩色照片一张
3.客人在职证明
4.旅行社致使馆照会
5.16岁以下未成年人需与父/母一起申请签证,并需出具亲属关系证明以及父/母致使馆信函,说明其孩子将和父/母一起旅行,父母将对旅行安全及费用负责.
6.邀请函及邀请方营业执照复印件
7.定期往返机票
8.所有资料要求为英语
（三）探亲签证
1.护照（有效期至少为六个月，签证空白页面不少于三页）
2.两寸彩色照片一张
3.邀请函及亲属在肯尼亚合法居住的有效签证
4.亲属所在肯尼亚工作单位出具工作确认函并附上该公司的营业执照复印件
5.亲属关系证明
6.定期往返机票
7.所有资料要求为英语
签证费用
1.入境签证：人民币￥380元
2.过境签证：人民币￥190元
3.公务，外交护照免收签证费,16岁（含）以下未成年人签证费与成年人一致。

1.普通护照持有者必须亲自前来递交申请
