Objectives

The Kenya Embassy – Beijing, China will pursue the following Objectives:

When you contact us by telephone, we shall:
  • Answer you courteously
  • Give you complete information as we have
  • If unable to give you complete information; we will take details of your enquiry, get the details and get back to you in reasonable time
Your written correspondence/fax/email will be:
  • Responded to in a clear manner with accurate information
  • Ensure that you receive full reply within ONE Week
  • If the above is not fulfilled; we shall offer an explanation giving the time to expect better response
Consular Services will be timely and giving courteous guidance where requested.

Customers visiting the Embassy will be treated with courtesy and confidence and agreed appointments will be met.

The Embassy appreciates complaints, feedback and suggestions as this provides a platform for making improvements and solid contributions to our Vision and Mission and to enable review of the Service Charter as soon as it becomes necessary.
